1. Instant Doorstep Return

Because Meaven sells premium formal accessories, we encourage every customer to open and check their order in front of the delivery agent before accepting it. If the item is not what you ordered, is damaged, or does not meet your expectations at that moment, you may return it to the delivery agent on the spot — no separate return request needed.

For Cash on Delivery orders returned at the door, you simply do not pay for the product. See the Refund Policy for how delivery charges are handled.

2. Conditions for Instant Return

• The check and return must happen at the time of delivery, in front of the delivery agent.
• The product must not have been used or altered.
• Once you accept the parcel from the delivery agent and they leave, the instant return option no longer applies — the 12–24 hour replacement window below takes over instead.

3. After You’ve Accepted Delivery: 12–24 Hour Window

If a defect (e.g. a manufacturing fault) is discovered only after you’ve accepted the parcel, you may request a return/replacement within 12–24 hours of delivery, provided:

• You have a clear unboxing video showing the parcel being opened for the first time, without cuts or edits
• The product, original packaging, tags, and invoice are all intact and included
• The issue is a genuine defect or an incorrect item sent by Meaven — not a change of mind

4. What Cannot Be Returned

• Items accepted at delivery, used, or without an unboxing video, after the 12–24 hour window has passed
• Items returned without original packaging, tags, or invoice
• Change-of-mind requests once the parcel has been accepted (please check thoroughly at the door instead)
