1. When a Replacement Applies

A replacement (rather than a doorstep return) applies when you have already accepted the parcel from the delivery agent and later discover:

• A manufacturing defect or quality issue
• The wrong item was sent (different from what you ordered)

Replacement requests must be raised within 12–24 hours of delivery.

2. Requirements

To qualify for a replacement, all of the following are required:

• An unedited unboxing video showing the parcel being opened for the first time
• The item itself, in its original condition
• Original packaging and tags
• The original invoice/order confirmation

Without an unboxing video, Meaven cannot verify the condition of the item at the time of opening, so replacement requests without one cannot be accepted.

3. How to Request a Replacement

Contact us within the 12–24 hour window with your order number, a description of the issue, and your unboxing video:

4. Process & Timeline

• Our team reviews your request and video, typically within 1–2 working days
• If approved, we arrange pickup of the defective/incorrect item and dispatch of the replacement
• If the exact item is out of stock, we will offer either a comparable alternative or a refund per the Refund Policy

5. What Is Not Covered

• Requests made after the 12–24 hour window
• Items without a valid unboxing video, original packaging, tags, or invoice
• Damage caused by the customer after accepting delivery (e.g. misuse, wear)
• Change of mind about style, size, or design — please inspect carefully at the doorstep per the Return Policy
